Supply Chain specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist 

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be part of the operations team at World Wide Lighting. Your focus will be on supporting the end-to-end flow of goods — from suppliers to our distribution network in Eindhoven. You’ll collaborate closely with our suppliers and freight forwarders in China and ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries through accurate purchasing and container planning. 

This is a key position where you will directly influence delivery performance and stock availability in 15+ countries. 

This role is particularly suited for someone with Taiwanese or Chinese roots looking to build a career in an international supply chain team.

The Role 

• Placing, confirming, and tracking purchase orders with suppliers;

• Planning container shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders;

• Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively solving bottlenecks; 

• Communicating with suppliers in Asia and logistics partners globally; 

• Maintaining accurate data in SAP and Slim4 (training provided); 

• Supporting supply chain improvement projects when needed.

Your profile 

• You live in the Netherlands and are available for on-site work in Eindhoven; 

• You speak English fluently — and ideally Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written); 

• You have experience (or strong interest) in supply chain, logistics, or planning;

• Familiarity with SAP or Slim4 is a plus, but not required;

• You are accurate, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment; 

• You enjoy collaborating across cultures and time zones.
