What do you do as a Warehouse manager?

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all logistics processes within our international warehouse. You will lead a diverse team, safeguard quality and safety standards, and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational management of the warehouse and optimisation of daily processes

• Leading a team of warehouse employees in an international setting

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and productivity targets

• Coordinating inbound and outbound goods flows

• Reporting KPIs and improvement initiatives to management

• Implementing process improvements and contributing to strategic planning

What You Bring

• Excellent command of Polish and English

• Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in an international warehouse environment

• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality

• Experience with WMS systems and logistics processes

• Ability to prioritise and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment
