We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Danish Market

As a Customer Service Specialist for our Danish market you will have the very first contact with our customer. You are the voice of our organisation! 
With your enthusiasm, customer focus and strong communication skills you ensure a smile on the face of every customer, with a primary focus on our business customers (B2B). Your role will entail maintaining a strong connection with our sales team whilst handling a range of enquiries from delivery times, products, pricing and order modifications. You will be instrumental in assisting sales efforts in Denmark, helping this key market grow by giving the best lighting advice, processing orders, upselling and strengthening relationships with our valued business customers.

The Role 

  • Processing customer enquiries by email and telephone. 

  • Understanding the needs of our business customers and advising on the best lighting products and comprehensive solutions 

  • Create new relationships with prospective business customers and strengthen existing business relationships through proactive engagement and excellent service 

  • General administrative work for returns, marketplaces and other customer queries. 

  • Maintaining a strong connection with our sales team and supporting them to identify opportunities and recognizing potential customers. 

  • Gathering information about customer needs and responding to them, reporting any bottlenecks to the manager. 

Job requirements

Your profile 

• You have a higher education. Previous customer service experience is a plus 

• Good communication and listening skills. 

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a huge plus. 

• You can start in August/September. 

• Available full-time: 40 hours per week 

• Hybrid working- coming to our office located in Gothenburg a minimum of 2 times per week.
